Meet Megan

30 years of climbing, now helping women climb smarter

After 27 years in executive roles and 17 years on boards, Megan realised she’d spent most of her career helping other people and organisations grow, but not nearly enough time growing what she cared about most: the next generation of female leaders.
Her career has spanned utilities, infrastructure, energy and government, sectors that don’t naturally make life easy for women. She’s been the only woman in the room more times than she can count and learned early that if she wanted things to change, she had to stop climbing someone else’s ladder and start building her own.
Recognised as a Queensland Telstra Business Woman of the Year and one of AFR’s 100 Women of Influence, Megan’s leadership philosophy is simple: one purpose, one team, and fun is a non-negotiable.

CILLA is the next chapter for Glass Ladder, making leadership advice more accessible for all women, taking what was once one-on-one boardroom coaching, and putting it in the pocket of every ambitious woman in Australia and beyond.
